People Hate Our Kind Of Prayer Until It Works For Them

Carole didn't know what to do.
A younger woman had just stolen her husband.
For years this strange woman pretended to be a friend of the family.
She worked as a secretary in the family's most successful business.
She would go out of her way to take the kids shopping.
Everyone loved her.
No one had the discernment to know she was a satanic agent
just waiting for an opportunity to pounce.
Then it happened.
One sunny day...
Out of the blue Hubby filed for a divorce.
And moved in with the strange woman!
That's what brought Carole to our website.
After my midnight prayer one cold night in December I had a sense to
go check my emails.
And wait ... wait ... wait.
Minutes later her email popped up... all the way from Sidney, Australia.
After reading her woeful story I asked her pointedly:
Are you ready for a knock 'em down drag 'em out fight for your marriage?
She was confused.
She didn't know where I was going with this - she thought I meant a physical fight.
So I sent her the Passion Prayer ebook.
Days later she confessed:
"Frankly I used to hate this type of prayer but I'm willing to give it a try"
From then on it was one prayer riot after another.

Today hubby is back home.
They pray together.
Both are on fire for the LORD.
They have tranformed into real prayer warrior eagles.

Praise the LORD.
Why am I telling you this?
The seemingly most anointed person you know has probably passed through the furnace of affliction.
That's how they acquired the fire for divine exploits.
(Shhhhh ... they may not tell you that)
But listen to dear old Apostle Paul:

Are they the seed of Abraham? So am I.
Are they ministers of Christ?—
I speak as a fool — I am more:
in labors more abundant,

in deaths often.

Three times I was beaten with rods; once I was stoned;
three times I was shipwrecked; a night and a day I have been in the deep;
in journeys often, in perils of waters,
in perils of robbers, in perils of my own countrymen,
in perils of the Gentiles,
in perils in the city,
in perils in the wilderness,
in perils in the sea,
in perils among false brethren;
in weariness and toil,
in sleeplessness often,
in hunger and thirst,
in fastings often,
in cold and nakedness—
besides the other things, what comes upon me daily:
my deep concern for all the churches.
Who is weak, and I am not weak?
Who is made to stumble, and I do not burn with indignation?
If I must boast, I will boast in the things which concern my infirmity.
