God has His own time-table.
The enemy has his own time-table.
Today, more than ever, the devil still uses 6 deadly ways to operate against his victims:
#1: Inherited bondage - from the bloodline
#2: Environmental pollution - through the territorial powers in each environment
#3: Satanic influences - psychics, false religions, etc.
#4: Destiny pollution - mostly at a very young age
#5: Self-inflicted problems - out of ignorance or outright rebellion

Nehemiah cried to the LORD:
"Hear, O our God, how we are despised! Return their reproach on their
own heads and give them up for plunder in a land of captivity." - Neh. 4:4
(By the way, that is what some people call 'back to sender' prayer).

and stop them from their divine assignment of rebuilding the wall.
