Today, Ann writes:

"For a long time I was depressed and encouraged the spirit of self pity.
I did not see the good in me and didn't want to believe that I could recover
from the situation I was in.

I lost hope, the will to live, the will to make something of myself.
I would get jealous of the success of others, envy those who 'had a life'
and just put myself in a state of euphoria.

But God couldn't let me wallow away,
He couldn't just sit and watch me disintegrate.

He saved me over and over again, not giving up. He sent divine helpers
to redirect me back to where I should be and He used each one for a different
season of my life.

When I joined the Prayer Archive I was tired of living in stagnation and
seeing how debt was eating up my family members and loved ones.
I said if not for me then for them. I did not realise that these prayers
were not just about debt freedom but about the whole of me.

A spiritual turnaround. I feel confident again, my self worth has greatly improved,
I am not ashamed of who I am, or the mistakes I have made. I feel whole and
I haven't even completed the period for the prayers. My thoughts have been renewed,
I feel as though Christ has made me better than I ever was.
