I praise God so much for the Prayer Academy program.
I just completed the 7 lessons tonight and looking forward to post marathon.
God has been faithful who has seen me through this program and taught me
how battles are won.
I no longer run around looking for pastors to pray for me.
I have become a prayer warrior not just for myself but for my family and clan.
Witchcraft perpetrators in the extended family have been exposed and slowly
repentance is coming.
Actually one pastor whose office I used to frequent a minimum 3times
a week thinks I have backslided because I stopped going to him to solicit for prayers.
In wisdom I actually also chose not to mention anything about Prayer Academy to
him because he had once forbidden me from fasting and when I disobeyed and
did an Esther fast he said it's not good for my health.

With that kind of spiritual advice, you just have to wonder:
Is there anyone left we can trust?
But ... praise the LORD.
From running around to solicit for prayers 3 times a week...
... to becoming a prayer warrior not just for herself and family but also
... for her CLAN, the community where she hails from.
That's huge!
I've never heard that before.
This is music to my ears.
And I daresay... to God's ears as well.
How can I say that, you ask.
Well, the LORD told us in Ezekiel 22:30:
And I sought for a man among them, that should make
up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land,
that I should not destroy it: but I found none.

God is always on the lookout for people who will train themselves
to stand in the gap (read: pray) for the community in order to avert
disasters and calamities such as the ones we're daily seeing in the news.
Our primary mandate at the Prayer Academy is to raise up
thousands of prayer eagles like Brenda every year.
If you are one of those prayer eagles... congratulations!
Keep on the firing line.
The LORD Himself is looking out for you.
