What a disastrous marriage teaches you about prayer

It happened to her.
At first she thought her marriage was made in heaven.
Only to discover it wasn't.
At first it was surreal. Everything she hoped for. They got
on like a house on fire.
But after just 6 months, everything began to fall apart.
She was frantic.
Searching the Internet one day, she was surprised when a site
popped up with the message:
"Is your marriage like hell on earth?"
It is the same with half the people who are led to
our websites.
The other half?
Well, they think at first it is some site for crooks,
frauds, or whatever.
So they ignore the messages, make fun of it and even
conclude it is not of God.
(None of which bothers me, by the way).
All this while, the enemy is busy wrecking havoc
in their lives, finances, relationships, and even in the
lives of their loved ones.
Then one day, they wake up to realize the enemy has been
drinking their blood ... and getting away with it.
So I end up getting emails like this:

I came across this website five years ago, I could read the
newsletters and even admire those who testified but I never
took it seriously because I thought it was just one of those
websites for crooks on internet using the name of the Lord
specially when it comes to subscriptions.
I continued reading the newsletters and developed much faith
and in September last year I became serious and started using the
7 furious prayers and observed favor with people around me and
I was revived spiritually. My list of answered prayers
include ... (4 items and counting)

I will be quick to say this:
It is ALWAYS good to be cautious in this day and age.
Why?
Bible says:
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing
but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by
their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from
thistles?
- Matt 7:15-16
However the question you must also ask yourself is:
** What is the fruit of this kind of teaching? Is this drawing
me closer to Jesus every day or is it pushing me away from Him?
** Does it challenge me to get out of my comfort zone and do my
part to see that "Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth"...
Or is it the reverse?
** Does this build up my trust and confidence in God, and make
me thirst and hunger for God the more?
You alone decides.

Some will use it.
Some will ignore it ... until they can't.
