It's the reason she's still alive today.
Back then she was ready to quit...
... her marriage, her job, and everything.
Because her Christian life was...
Just one humiliating failure after another.
One frustrating setback after another.
Then one morning she opened her email.
Someone had forwarded her a testimony.
It was a short testimony.
It was about a woman who lost her husband.
To another woman.
The testimony had an unusual ending.
After reading that testimony, it was like she'd been
living in a cave and someone dragged her out into the light.
Reading that one simple story set her spirit on fire.
In the Bible our Lord Jesus used parables to teach.
Then He instructed us to use ... not parables ...
but real-life, flesh and blood testimonies.
To date, we've shared over 5,000 of such testimonies.

I am born again, married, educated up to masters level and a
church school teacher. i have been praying but something is not okay.
I am yet to get my dream job based on my qualifications and i am in a
childless marriage for five years. Elisha i have suffered rejection and
hatred from my inlaws and slander from my friends.
i have been betrayed by my best friend, my hubby who cheated on me
with another woman. He blamed it on pressure to get a child of his own.
as i write this am so down. i know i need to wake up at midnight and pray
but am unable to. i don't want to celebrate christmas feeling this way.

"If you check your archives you will see one of my emails i sent last
December. I was so down and betrayed. I was in a childless marriage for
five good years. Everything was going under. I called a meeting with myself
and decided to storm the gates as you had instructed. I went through the
Esther fast and continued with 27 minutes to midnight prayers.

I sensed a different realm all together. I was meant to undergo the
expensive IVF as i tried to conceive but i told my hubby to give me time.
As i write this down, i have my doctors report.
