at first I was very suspicious of you...

Hmmm.
I love this sister.
Because of her honesty.
Truth is, many coming to our
websites start out very suspicious.
But there is something WAY
better than suspicion.
It is called: DISCERNMENT.
A gift of the Holy Spirit.
For instance:
If you wanted to know...
...the spirit behind anything,
it is something called "discernment
of spirits" that will take you there.
It is a super-precious gift.
One that all true prayer eagles
possess (or should seek to possess).
With this one gift, they are able to
spot fakes and counterfeits easily
and effortlessly.
Including --
- fake prophets
- fake suitors
- fake business partners
etc.
No one can deceive them at all.
Absent that, you find that many believers
have nothing but suspicion to
fall back on.
I mean they are SUSPICIOUS of everyone.
Including those that the LORD has sent
to help them.
There is a HUGE difference between ...
Suspicion and Discernment.

A quick personal example ...
Many years ago, a horde of "pastors"
descended on our websites like vultures.
Everyday they would send angry emails
accusing me of all kinds of unprintable
things.
[If you go to Amazon and search for
my Kindle book, Prayer Hammer, you
will see a few of their nasty reviews].
They were all MAD as hell.
One day I was informed they
had decided to "report" my activities
to one great man of God.
One thing I could not understand was...
Why they were so angry at me for trying
to help believers learn how to pray for
themselves and their loved ones...
... Instead of depending on others who
claim to be praying for them.
Anyway, I was secretly glad to hear that
they reported me to that particular man
of God ...
10,000 miles away in another continent!
Why was I happy about this?
Because I knew the man of God
operated in all 9 gifts of the Spirit.
I knew he would go to the LORD and ask
Him about who I was and what I was doing.
Something that those "pastors" were
CLUELESS about.

At his monthly program where hundreds of
thousands of believers gather for prayers...
The man of God issued a stern warning -
a SHARP REBUKE - to all those people.
He explained what the Holy Spirit
told him about us.
He warned that --
They were fighting against the LORD of Hosts...
who is really the One behind Elisha Goodman
and Firesprings Ministries.
Pretty scary ...
For a believer to be fighting against God
without knowing it!
Why does this happen?
Lack of discernment.
I'm happy to tell you after that open
rebuke from the great man of God, all those
attacks ceased.
But for a few misguided ones posting ignorant
reviews on Amazon...
Many of the former attackers even joined the
Prayer Academy to learn what we teach here.
And very, very soon, they too were sharing
explosive testimonies!
Praise the LORD who stands
ready to vindicate those He sends.

There is an object lesson here.
And it is this:
If you are a minister of the gospel, you may
not make much headway in ministry without
this gift of discernment of spirits.
A prayer eagle without this crucial gift will
quickly become meat in the mouth of the devil.
Early Christians knew this.
The Apostles flowed in this gift.
The Prophets would not leave home without it
(the one who did paid with his own life - 1 Kings 13).
And --
This gift is still freely available to believers
who ASK, ASK and ASK until they receive.
Bible says:
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given
to every man to profit with. For to one is given
by the Spirit the word of wisdom... to another
discerning of spirits... 1 Cor 12:7-10
Let me encourage YOU today...
To do all you can to receive this gift
that is freely available to those ...
Who choose to put their trust
in Jesus Christ, the glorious One.
Be An Overcomer
