So I checked her record.
1 of 3 scenarios are likely.
#1:
My emails are blocked or sent to spam by her inbox provider (Gmail).
The solution is simple.
Gmail users: You might find that my email gets routed to your Promotions
tab. You can re-route it by dragging it over to your Primary tab. After you do, Gmail will ask you if you wish to make the change permanent. Click YES.
If
the emails are going into Spam, simply open it and click "Not spam".
Apple mail users: Tap on the email address at
the top of this email and "Add to VIPs." This ensures delivery.
#2:
You mistakenly hit the "unsubscribe" link in one of my emails. In that case, the
platform we use will not allow me to send you any more messages (unless you resubscribe).
#3:
This one is a biggie. if you fail to open my emails for 90 days, your email address will automatically be purged from our contact list. That means you will never receive another email from me.
To avoid that, all you have to do is open my emails once in a while. That's it.
Of course, if you're no longer interested in my messages, you can always hit "unsubscribe" at the top or bottom of any of my emails to be taken off the list immediately and permanently.
