Little did she know.

Something she'd longed for was just around the corner.

(It's in the last paragraph).

Here goes:
 

I Received the Greatest Gift Ever 

"Dear Elisha, this is long but i feel I should write everything.
I am in awe of my Lord Jesus Christ. Last year, I arrived in Australia full of salvation.

I left my country loving God so much I asked my pastor to help me pray so I get a spirit filled church. As days went by, I failed but I got one where they preached the gospel.

However, by August, I continued to feel empty and eventually I stopped going to church. I even stopped praying and would mumble something just before I slept.

At some point, I got really troubled and scared. What if Jesus would come now, would I be among those who would go with him to heaven or I will be burning in hell.

This thought kept coming and so on 29th December, I prayed that God leads me to a church where I would find true worship. 

I got on the bus with the intention of going to the city but alighted midway and entered a church nearby and for sure, I felt the presence of God in that place.

I renewed my salvation. When I got home, I got an email from you about 27 MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT. When I opened the email, my computer hang.

I got annoyed with the devil. He wanted me left behind. That is when I declared I am not remaining when the King of Glory comes. I started my 30th Dec Fast at midday.

I went into Esther Fast and for the first time, I completed my Esther Fast with more energy than I have ever had.

Always by the second day, I am sick, sweating and trembling and I break the fast but this time, I was working perfectly well.

Any time I felt hungry or thirsty, I said this prayer:

'Jesus, feed me with the bread of life and quench my thirst with the living water.'

I read this from Gospel of John which I thought I knew but this was the first time I was reading these words. And it worked. Why am I fasting? To get the kingdom of God.

On the 4th day of prayers, I got the Holy Spirit baptism. This is something I have longed for and at last it happened. I know my Lord is with me and He sent me the Holy Spirit to guide me. I will soldier on till the battle is won."
