Today Peninah writes in ...
... from the city of prayer warriors...
"I am a preacher of good news, widowed for the last 23 years having five children. Our ministry is financially poor, but God-fearing.
I have a friend by the name Jacklyn as a prayer partner who saw my suffering and introduced me to your prayer forum.
I had been suffering from the hands of landlords and landladies because of lack of rent, I was losing households every year and at times my furniture were ruined and auctioned outside the house.
My first prayer point was:
"I command the stars
into war; O heavens fight for me in the name of Jesus. LORD, let the earth reject evil instructions against me in the name of Jesus."
In fact things became
worse to an extent that one of my daughters who was well off and once in a while could help me turned against me to the point of blocking my cell number.
I
prayed the second prayer point:
"Covenant-keeping God of Abraham,Jacob and Isaac in the places where they have rejected me, cause them to call me back and
fall over themselves to help me."
I prayed for few midnights. Few days later, the very same daughter who was so much against me and the husband bought me a
big fully furnished house together with house shopping that lasted for four months.
The house is a 3-bedroom apartment in Nairobi city, Kenya.
May the
Lord God Almighty receive the glory and praise and bless my daughter's family. May the Lord God bless his servant Elisha Goodman abundantly."
==
Praise the LORD.
She refused to give in or give up.
Divine champion right there.
Please say this with me:
"I will not be bought off."
"I will not sell out."
"I will not quit... in the name of Jesus"
How would you like to move from --
-- victim to victor
-- sickness to health
-- debt to abundance
It's not where you are now that counts.
It's where you want to go (and whether you're prepared to seize the day).
