My neighbor once confessed:

"This has been the most contentious, ugly, chaotic, miserable season of my life.

"I know that even though I have been completely “unplugged” from the cesspools of TV and social media

"I don’t know what will happen today.

"I don’t know what will happen tomorrow, next week, next month, next year. I’m uncertain of many things."

That's from a wealthy person - with many college degrees, a successful business and a wonderful family.

I smiled.

Then I opened my inbox.

First thing I see?

An email from one precious eagle who was responding to my question:

“What is it that made you stay all these years?”

I asked after noticing she has been here for 10 years.

She has joined every program on the site since then.

Her answer?

Which of these 2 holds out inspiration, encouragement and hope?

While my worldly, supposedly successful neighbor is fast becoming a mental and spiritual basket case...

... our Eagle is just the opposite.

She may not know what tomorrow holds, but she knows who holds tomorrow.

She enjoys the community of saints, knowing iron sharpens iron (Pr. 27:17)

- She looks forward to learn new things, grow and mature in faith and prayer.

- In short, this has become an integral part of her life.

Plug into a community on fire -- where the Spirit of God is moving.

That's one way to overcome everything.

At a time like this, the last thing you should do is retreat, cower, give up, isolate.

If you’re not in a close-knit, anointed and optimistic place of fellowship with like-minded believers, 

... designed to give you the timely prophetic boost to overcome everything the enemy throws at you...

…well, I’m sorry, but I just don’t get that at all.

If you want a support group of sharp-praying prayer eagles,

with the prophetic insights and encouragement you need to survive and thrive these days…

I can’t think of a better place to be.
