On her birthday, she had to decide whether to buy herself an expensive handbag ...

... or do something rather strange.

"I wish to use this medium to thank God for showing up in my situation when it looked like the door has closed on us. I joined prayer academy in April when I was fed up with my situation. 

I can hardly apply for anything and get it at the speculated time.
Its either there's a delay or my documents get missing and other 
setbacks I've been experiencing in life.

By my Lesson 4 I woke at around 12 am and a voice told me to take 
a pen and write down that the permanent residence permit I and family applied for is finalised and positive. I wrote it down and even 
told my husband.

We've been trying to migrate for almost 5 years and whenever it 
looked positive something will happen and we start all over again.

Two days after I wrote it down we got a message that our application 
was being finalised and on the same day our land that was seized for 
almost 2 years was released. 

I and my family  have migrated to Canada and it still feels like a dream. I thank the God of elisha for what he has done and also for giving me the wisdom to join the programme as my birthday present to myself instead of buying  an expensive handbag."
