Years ago someone emailed me to say that she was having suicidal thoughts.

Why?

Because she had gained so much weight and - try as she might - she wasn't able to lose even a few pounds.

That was alarming to me so I gave her just one prayer (you'll see it in a moment).

But before the prayer, I suggested she should do 2 commonsense things:

1. Begin to eat healthy

2. Exercise daily

I warned her NOT to expect quick results, especially since she had spent the last 4 decades putting all sorts of junk in her body.

Now I don't know if she ever followed my suggestions or not.

But because I sent out that prayer in an email to thousands of other readers, many believers decided to try it.

Praise the LORD.

SLM is experiencing one of the HIDDEN benefits of praying the way we teach here.

Psalm 103:2,5 says:

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits... Who satisfies your mouth with good things; so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

Psalm 139:14:

I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well.

NOTE 2 things: 

1. What you eat has a direct impact on how you look.

2. Your body is wonderfully made - keep it that way!

PLEASE do not allow the enemy to convince you to neglect your body.

You have a duty to keep it in pristine condition at all times (exercise and eat healthy).

Then like SLM, charging your body with prayers daily will help to renew your youth like the eagle's.

And very, very soon your transformation (both physical and spiritual) will surprise your friends and shock your enemies.
