"Must I join the Prayer Academy for my prayer to be answered?"

You do NOT need to join the Prayer Academy, or any of the programs for your prayers to be answered.
You can do quite well
just on the freely available stuff sent out almost daily.
There are thousands just like Paul K using these f'ree materials and getting blessed daily.

I must also say this:
Those who decide to go ahead and join the Prayer Academy
and all the advanced prayer riots are those with a peculiar mindset.
They have the attitude of
the wise investor that our Lord Jesus hinted at in this parable:
“The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field." - Matt 13:44
