Why is it such a "lethal" prayer to fire at the midnight hour?
Because of the 2 warfare scriptures baked into it.
That transforms it into a prophetic decree, forth-telling what the LORD is about to do to His enemies.
Isa 44:25:
That frustrates the tokens of the liars, and makes diviners mad; that turns wise men backward, and makes their knowledge foolish;
Job 5:12 says:
He disappoints the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise.
Combining them together gives birth to this powerful prayer bullet I just shared.
