We mean 12:00 AM as Monday night transitions to Tuesday morning.
To prayer eagles, midnight hour is defined as the 3 hours between 12:00 and 3:00 AM.
(So tonight - at your time zone - when your clock strikes 12 midnight...
That's your play call to move the ball down the field - if I may borrow the language of professional sports).
