We continue to confront...
... the pharoahs, goliaths and herods troubling our world today.
Yesterday I brought you the first part of David's aggressive prayer against the oppressors of his day.
Here's the concluding part:
Do not grant, O Lord, the desires of the wicked;
Do not further his wicked scheme,
Lest they be exalted.
“As for the head of those who surround me,
Let the evil of their lips cover them;
Let burning coals fall upon them;
Let them be cast into the fire,
Into deep pits, that they rise not up again.
Let not a slanderer be established in the earth;
Let evil hunt the violent man to overthrow him.”
- Psalm 140:8-11

May I remind you that David was the king who never lost a battle?
His warfare prayers had a lot to do with it.
We are almost at the end of this prayer riot.
Congratulations for staying the course.
Please say this with me:
"I will not be bought off."
"I will not sell out."
"I will not quit... in the name of Jesus"
Meanwhile ...
