Why a "prophetic eye" is critical to success in today's world
The man was surrounded.
By an entire army as far as the eye could see.
But he was not moved.
When his servant ran back in terror at the sight of the invading army
the man fired off 2 prayer bullets in rapid succession.
First prayer:
"O LORD open his eyes that he may see."
If you're a student of the Bible you know who I'm talking about.
The ancient prophet Elisha.
2 Kings 6:15-17 tells the story:
'And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out,
there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots.
And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?”
So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more
than those who are with them.”
And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.”
Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw.
And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire
all around Elisha.'

From that incident came this gloriously-dangerous prayer:
"O LORD give unto me the eyes of elisha to see deep into the realm
of the spirit in the name of Jesus."
When you know how to pray this type of prayer like the ancient prophets,
you will NOT be moved by what's going on around the world.
Because you will be seeing a different movie than
the one the world is seeing.

they have made and may the trouble they cause recoil on them
and their violence come down on their own heads in Jesus name.
7. Lord, may our enemies turn back, stumble and perish before you!
